Rehab Loan Network 203k Training Program

Lead by one of the mortgage industry's top providers of continuing education and 203k loan training, Ginger Bell, RehabLoanNetwork.com's Certification Program includes both live and recorded training sessions that focus on developing the highest of standards in the industry.

Education and Training is at the heart of our Renovation Lender Expert Network. We work hard at proving we are the true Trusted Resource of 203k Renovation Lending Experts by providing our members with the following:

1. Weekly Webinars

RLN hosts bi-weekly webinars with our Expert Panel, 203k Consultants, Underwriters, Contractors and other industry professionals.

The live webinars last from 30-60 minutes, and focus on topics including everything from loan products, completing bids to time saving client outreach strategies. For your convenience, our webinars are recorded and organized in the private member's area of RLN.

2. Online Training for Rehab Loan Specialist Certification

All new members are required to complete the Rehab Loan Specialist Certification Program in order to join the network.

The first course is a Fast Start Training which consists of a 2 Hour Online Training and Test with an overview of the 203k program.

Once a new member has passed the initial training and test, they will have 90 days to complete their online Rehab Loan Specialist Certification Training. The training will be online and take approximately 10 to 12 hours to complete. At the end of the training the member will be listed as a Rehab Loan Specialist and received a certificate and endorsement.

3. Monthly Member Spotlight

RLN interviews one of our members each month to discuss best practices, pitfalls and success stories. A transcript of these interviews will be included in the monthly member newsletter, as well as documented in our private member's education center.

4. Train the Trainer

Our monthly "Train the Trainer" sessions include presentation templates, talking points handouts, emails and videos that our members can share with their clients and transaction partners.

Rehab Loan Specialist Certification (RLS)

This course is designed to teach the essentials of buying, selling, or refinancing properties using the 203k FHA loan as a form of financing. This course will also cover other various programs that are available to assist homeowners in remodeling or rehabilitating their home with a rehab loan.

Once an applicant has passed the initial Fast Start Training Test, they will have 90 days to complete a 10 hour online 203k Certification program in order to be listed in the Rehab Loan Network Directory and given their local city resource center web site.

Our Rehab Loan Specialist Certification Course is comprehensive, covering all aspects of approval guidelines, underwriting, loan scenarios, processing flow, working with transaction partners and market trends.
