We started in 2009, in the wreckage of the housing crisis, when America was full of distressed properties and short on financing that could fix them. Renovation loans — led by the FHA 203k — were the answer, but almost nobody understood them: not buyers, not agents, and frankly not most loan officers.

So we built the resource we couldn't find: plain-English education about every renovation loan program, paired with a network of professionals who genuinely specialize in this work. At our peak we published local renovation-lending guidance for thousands of communities across all 50 states, and helped hundreds of buyers a month connect with licensed renovation lenders.

Because the fundamental problem hasn't changed — great houses still get passed over because buyers don't know this financing exists.
